How is your fleet model structured?
We have an 80/20 fleet model structure where 80% of our fleet is comprised of directly contracting with Independent Contractors who use their own vehicles, and 20% of our fleet is our own in-house assets.
What is your zip code coverage?

Do you only perform home deliveries, or do you also provide business to business services?
We pride ourselves on being the complete package! We do warehousing, middle mile, and last mile services. Please contact us today to receive a customized quote based on your company’s needs.
Can we API or send a CSV file to you to integrate into your software?
Both! We will even do a couple of test runs, just to make sure you’re completely satisfied with how our technology works.
Do you offer PPOD (Picture Proof of Delivery), email notifications, and live tracking?
Yes! We offer all of the above. Our drivers are extremely professional, and our teams work together to ensure you receive your package every time.
What days of the week do you carry out deliveries?
We work 7 days a week!
What holidays are you closed for?
The only holidays we are closed for are Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year Day.
What is your delivery window?
Our delivery window is from 6 AM to 9 PM.
Do you deliver perishable goods?
We understand that perishable goods must be delivered within a certain time frame, and we do everything in our power to accomplish this task.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes, we do! Contact us today and we can get you an appointment with our in-house notary.
Do you have any pharmaceutical delivery experience?
Yes, we have worked with many pharmaceutical companies. We are also certified in HIPAA policies and OSHA Blood Borne Pathogen Exposure Control. Our drivers are individually trained to handle all pharmaceutical and laboratory specimens.

Do you only offer work in Texas?
No! As our business grows, we are expanding to other markets in other states, but do not currently have warehouses in those areas. We are experienced in the Chicago market and a variety of markets in California. Stay tuned for our new markets offering Warehousing in the coming months.
